We are looking for a Outside Sales Inspector/Rodent Inspector to join our growing family! This position will be responsible for performing inspections for our customers and guiding them through our rodent elimination process. The ideal candidate will truly care about our customers by taking a positive approach to issues that arise, and actively listening and responding to their concerns promptly. They will also have a passion for learning and finding creative solutions to unique problems.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years outside sales experience required
- WA State Pest Control license preferred
- Basic understanding of residential structures preferred
- BPI Certified preferred
- Proficient with computer usage, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must undergo a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough inspections of customers’ homes to investigate and resolve rodent issues (roof, attic, basements, garages, crawlspaces, etc)
- Prepare accurate estimates for work to be completed
- Manage customer pipeline and follow up with prospects throughout sales life cycle
- Travel throughout King & Snohomish counties regularly to prospective customers
- Collaborate across multiple departments
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently
- Lift up to 60 pounds
- Crawl, twist, maneuver in crawlspaces and attics for long periods of time
- Maneuver, secure, climb, and work from ladders and rooftops
Compensation: $60,000-120,000 annually
