Location: HQ is in Woodinville, WA
Service Area: King and Snohomish Counties
Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour (DOE). After training you move to a commission-based pay structure

In this role, you’ll use your skills to protect families from pests, all while upholding our core values: family focus, passion, commitment, and integrity.

What You’ll Do:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install drainage pipe inside crawl space and exterior of home.
  • Apply mastic to seal HVAC duct joints and wrap duct with insulation.
  • Install air baffles in attic and crawl spaces.
  • Clean-up work site and take debris to dump.
  • Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills—you’re the face of our company.
  • Ability to safely climb and work from ladders and lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Comfort working in confined spaces and at heights where pests may be present.
  • Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check, driving record check, and drug screening (marijuana not screened).
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report will be pulled.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer demands, though it is rare.
